Photohunt - Aftermath

It seldom storms here and the one time I remember when the winds were singing wildly was earlier this year, March to be exact. There were trees with broken branches and this one , near our place got uprooted! There wasn't much rain to accompany the winds so it wasn't as scary and there were no floods to be worried about.

I am speaking with comparison to how it was back in the Philippines...storms could be violent and would leave people homeless.

Anyway, here's to hoping for better days ahead.

  1. Mother Nature sure has her way in creating disastrous situations in some countries. Until now, I could not have imagined that my place was hit by tsunami too.. something that had never happened before. Just be thankful that we are still alive. :)

  3. I live in Florida where we experience hurricanes, so I know how a storm can affect people. It's a terrible thing to have to go through.

  5. It's sad to see a tree like that, but it could have been so much worse.

  9. Get the feeling from your photo that when there are storms over in your part of the world, it can be pretty wild (even if still not as much so as in the Philippines)!
