Home office

After  learning about how much we'd be our tax, hubby and I agreed on using one of our bedrooms as home office. The rent would help in reducing our tax next year. As home office, we need to remove the bed and cabinets and replce them with (new) office furnitures, a sofa for visitors perhaps and a coffee table. Photo at the left is my ideal kind of workplace, unfortunately, this would mismatch the motiff of our current design. When we transfer to this flat, hubby contemplated between modern or country style, the former won in bidding.

home work

Hubby has given me some new jobs as his assistant. I need to compile receipts, account for all that needs to be paid and make sure that we have copies of every document that needs to be. I also had to put in order all cds at our office corner, those are installers, scanning softwares, game cds, music cds and whatnots that has to do with his work. I've almost finished half the job and will start doing the other documents tomorrow. Am really glad that I have something to do something I'd call work. ;)

Mr. Handyman!

Hubby's aunts and cousins often tell me stories of how he loves to assemble stuff, sometimes he would dissamble his toy cars before putting them back together, he also loves to repair broken appliances, the TV and electric fan in particular, how they got broken though no one is sure. Nothing has changed, aside from PCs, hubby would repair everything that gets broken in the house or had something in it misplaced (macbook with coins in the dvd slot!). He also repaired the oven door which the little boy happily jumped on one time. :D

This is why we have so many  screw drivers and screws, nails, door parts and locks, computer hardware and cables, even bikes, cars and truck accessories stashed around the house. He keeps each of them just in case, I'm always thankful to hubby for being the all-can do handyman ;) And yes, the handyman cooks too!
