Farm - Unique Exposures

I've been trying to guess what those are, a sunflower field? A mustard field? You're guess is as good as mine. I took this photo on my way to St.Pölten, Austria, it's a 40 minute-travel from Vienna, I had much time clicking the camera while inside the train...just taking photos of farms and greeneries. =)
